What We Ordered 🍽️

We couldn’t resist trying some of Chile’s most classic dishes, and every bite was a treat:

✅ Cazuela de Vacuno – A hearty beef stew with tender meat, potatoes, pumpkin, rice, and corn, full of rich, comforting flavors.
✅ Empanadas de Pino – Traditional baked empanadas stuffed with seasoned ground beef, onions, olives, and boiled eggs.
✅ Costillar a las Brasas – Juicy, slow-grilled pork ribs, smoky and packed with flavor.
✅ Pastel de Choclo – A Chilean classic! A savory-sweet corn pie filled with beef, chicken, olives, and hard-boiled eggs, all baked to perfection.
✅ Leche Asada & Helado – For dessert, we enjoyed leche asada, a caramelized milk custard, along with a scoop of homemade ice cream, the perfect way to end our meal.
